Kid Cudi has reportedly been kicked off of his slot on Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball tour. Cudi, who was supposed to open for the pop singer, was dropped after punching an audience member during one of his performances in Vancouver last week, according to TMZ.com. Cudi’s people, however, are telling a different story.
